I'm going to start a new project on Twitter. Inspired by some of the weird and crazy stuff I've seen on Twitter and put off by some of the useless spammy stuff, I've decided to try something different. Something I feel will add value, interest and knowledge to my Twitter feed and those who follow me.

I'm looking for a Twitter friend from every country of the world. By friend I don't mean a 'lurker' or 'spammy life guru' who follows anyone who doesn't block them. By friend I mean someone who engages in tweets with me every now and then. I'll be growing my twitter follower base by concentrating on a country at the time. I've listed every country below and will be updating posts and introducing my new Twitter friends here and also 'live' on Twitter.

I'll use the hash of #globaltweet when looking for a new user. Please ReTweet using this hash tag. All of my tweets related to this will carry this hash tag.
